MBB Opens NEW CALL CENTER

Medical Business Bureau, LLC opens a new call center in Mishawaka Indiana, located just outside South Bend. MBB’s President Eric Mock says; “When MBB started in June of 1932, it consisted of one employee, a desk and a notebook with a listing of past due healthcare accounts in Evanston Illinois. Now with the addition of Mishawaka, we have 4 call centers.” Mock continues to say, “We opened the call center in Mishawaka Indiana because of the enormous amount of talent that the residents of this area can bring to our company. The call center will primarily focus on higher level decision and implementation processes that are imperative today for centers that work specifically in healthcare revenue management.” Mock adds, “We feel this new location will become an instrumental part of our growth and will show our ongoing dedication to providing quality Healthcare Revenue Cycle management services for our next 80 years.”
