MBB President Eric Mock is "Making Connections"

Eric Mock, 2011-12 president of the Illinois Collectors Association (ICA) is quoted in the Collector Magazine talking about the political environment collection agencies are faced with and how critical it is to have both legislative and public relations support. Debt collectors were targeted with negative publicity brought on by the states attorney general, Lisa Madigan with regard to “Debtor Prisons”. The bottom line is that people are not going to jail because of collection agencies or a debt that is owed, but because they did not follow the law and show up in court. Click here to see the full article.
